Our Machining Process
Once our metal spinning process has been completed to your specifications and on schedule, we begin machining. This is done for additional control over important aspects of the workpiece, such as end thickness.
The CNC metal spinning machine is programmed in consideration of your project brief. It will then make changes to the workpiece that are necessary to fulfil its intended function. This could be through precise drilling, cutting, or forming. Members of our experienced spinning team will then monitor the automated shaping process to ensure it is progressing as it should.
By using CNC mills, drills, and lathes, we make improvements to your manufactured products. As such, our machined metal components can uphold a high level of precision tolerance. This is just one of the things we check for during quality control at the end of the machining process.
